VTR BioTech is a biotechnology corporation founded in 1991. We has grown significantly over the last 32 years to become the leading enterprise in biological enzyme preparation industry and the largest biological enzyme preparation manufacturing enterprise in Asia.
We are committed to providing clients with comprehensive biotechnology solutions by leveraging our expertise in bioengineering, modern biotechnology, and the research and development of biological products. Our business is divided into three main sectors: biological enzyme preparations, active natural product synthesis, and animal nutrition and health. We offer a range of biological products and services to meet the constantly changing market needs and help you manufacture biotechnological products to standards beyond expectations.

Our History
VTR has grown significantly over the last 30 years, from a rural sales agent to a multinational company. Employing thousands of team members across 17 holding companies and serving more than 60 countries.
1991
Founded
VTR Biotech was founded, with 8 employees as a sales agent of feed enzymes.
1997
Established first production base
The first production base was completed in Zhuhai, China.
2005
Top 30 feed enterprises in China
Recognized as Top 30 feed enterprises of China by the China Feed Industry Association.
2008
National High-Tech Enterprises
Identified as one of the first batches of National High-Tech Enterprises.
2010
Establish the first innovation center
The first innovation center was set up in Zhuhai. As of today, VTR has set up 8 joint innovation centers around the world.
2014
Going public
Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, become the first listed bio-enzyme enterprise in China.
2022
31-year anniversary
VTR 31-year anniversary with 17 subsidiaries and 1400+ employees around the world.

The China International Personal Care Expo (PCE) was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from August 4th to 6th. With the theme "Boosting the Healthy Personal Care Industry," the exhibition covered an area of over 50,000 square meters and attracted more than 1,200 companies to participate. Encompassing the entire personal care industry chain, the event aimed to accelerate the adoption of new technologies in the personal care sector, expand the market, foster collaborative exchanges, and facilitate the high-quality development of the personal care industry.

2023 China Interdye is held in Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center on 26 to 28 July 2023 with this year themed “Ecological Green for Sustainable Development”. The exhibition covered a vast area of 50,000 square meters, attracting over 600 companies from 15 countries and region related to sectors including dyestuff, Intermediates, organic pigments, auxiliaries & textile chemicals and dyeing equipment & instruments. It has become a large-scale event in the textile industry with a prominent international presence.
