MPzyme-002

Coating enzyme Pulp & Paper

Coating enzyme are endonucleases that hydrolyze the α-1,4 glycosidic linkages of starch, soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides, but not the α-1,6 glycosidic linkages. The viscosity of the gelatinized starch can be rapidly decreased and become liquefied starch, yielding soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides containing α-1,6 bonds.

Details
Benefits
  • Reduce the viscosity of the starch paste and turn it into a liquefied starch
  • Ensure the retention of strength to meet the production needs.
Advantage
  • Simple operation process, no change of pH value, no influence on subsequent production, no corrosion, no pollution and so on.
  • Increase the bonding force between fibers.
  • Improve the folding resistance of paper, break length.
  • Increase the smoothness and surface strength of paper.
  • Reduce the phenomenon of hair and powder on the paper surface, and improve the printing performance of paper.
