This product is a compound of glucoamylase and pullulanase for the saccharification stage. The efficient combination of glucoamylase and pullulanase can quickly hydrolyze and liquefy starch slurry and convert starch into glucose.

Benefits
  • Suitable for the saccharification stage of liquefied starch.
  • Glucoamylase can rapidly hydrolyze the α-1,4 glycosidic bond of liquefied starch to produce glucose, and can also slowly hydrolyze the α-1,6 glycosidic bond.
  • Pullulanas can rapidly hydrolyze the α-1,6 glycosidic bond of liquefied starch to form straight chain dextrins.
  • The conversion of starch to glucose is achieved by the efficient combination of the two.
