Job Description

1. Responsible for the sales of the company's products (industrial enzymes) in European countries, to undertake the company's sales performance assessment indicators.
2. Collect user information, establish potential customer files, visit target customers, maintain new and old customer relationships, realize and continuously expand product sales, and complete the sales tasks assigned by the company.
3. Responsible for the collection of information on competitive products in the European market, mastering the market situation of competitive products, and proposing sales strategies for the company's products.
4. Assist the company's technical experts to carry out the development of personalized solutions to customer needs and technical support.
5. Cooperate with the company to carry out brand building, marketing and promotion work, to participate in the company's major marketing activities (such as participation in industry exhibitions, organization of academic salons, etc.).
5. Responsible for the market research of the Russian regional industry and competitor information, mastering the latest animal feedstuff market and trend, understanding the Russian washing, alcohol, starch sugar, meat processing and other industrial enzyme industry related information.
6. Cooperate with the company to carry out market research, grasp the food, washing, paper, textile, one of the latest developments and trends, regular travel to other European countries.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in English, with additional knowledge of one of the German, Spanish or Slavic languages, aged 30-50, with many years of experience of living and working in Europe.
2. Strong market development, product sales, customer maintenance ability, more than five years of European market food, washing, paper, textile sales experience in one of the fields, rich customer resources is preferred.
3. Strong desire to succeed, strong market adaptability and negotiation skills, deep customer relationship, good cooperation spirit, able to adapt to frequent business trips in the European region.
4. University or postgraduate degree in one of the fields of food, laundry, paper or textile.
