Job Description


As the Local Business Manager in Australia, you will be responsible for managing and driving the team to achieve sales performance. Your main duties include:
1. Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to ensure sales targets are met.
2. Identifying potential clients and establishing long-term partnerships while maintaining existing client satisfaction.
3. Understanding company products and providing professional sales support to clients, addressing their inquiries.
4. Participating in the planning and execution of sales projects to ensure they are completed as scheduled.
5. Regularly reporting sales performance and providing data and insights to the company.
6. Maintaining relationships with existing clients and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Fuel ethanol, food processing, baking, washing (including other countries)

Job Requirements


1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, sales, or related fields, with over 5 years of relevant industry sales experience.
2. Familiarity with the enzyme market, with a keen market sensitivity and judgment.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills, adept at handling interpersonal relationships.
4. Sharp market insight and innovative ability, capable of independent thinking and problem-solving.
5. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred, with good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficient in common office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
